Casting pearls before swine

Here's an eternal question for musicians and music lovers:

IF A GREAT MUSICIAN PERFORMS GREAT MUSIC BUT NO ONE BOTHERS TO HEAR . . . WAS HE REALLY ANY GOOD?

Well, the Washington Post tried to find out. They got one of the best violinists in the world to busk in the lobby of an office building for money, on his Stradivarius violin!
