Workshop with Mr Jonathan Velascoe!

Well, hope you guys had a fun time on Wednesday! Mr Velascoe sure knows his stuff, as I'm sure all of you would agree. I can testify to that first hand too...

Here're the pics I took. The video DVDs will be handed to Elroy once the Block Test is over. The jumping part was hilarious! I made a special clip of that... hehehe...

Hey, why isn't anybody clapping?!?
One happy workshop!

J1s, I'll see you on Tuesday. J2s, good luck for the Block Test! You'll need it!

Music Education for Dummies

Again, I'm putting up this link for those without any formal music education(I'm the classic example of this sort of chorister). Basic music notation and the such. It'll make life for Mr Tay a lot easier without having to go through all the basics, and save time on rehearsals. You do want to make each practice as productive as possible, right?

Music Theory

I recommend you all go through at least the "Lessons" until "Dots and Ties". Go through the remaining if you have free time. We may not have the luxury during practices to teach the basics to everyone. So pls do some homework.

Hi everyone! My 1st post here :)

Oh just want to tell everyone how excited we teachers feel after the chapel today! I think the feeling of singing WITH all of you is really great! (I'll leave Ms Ng and Mr Yeo to tell you how fantastic they feel before, during and after the performance) I think it was one of the best chapels we have ever had (of course, we sang mah) and I'm sure most have enjoyed it. Well done!

ok since this is the 1st post from me I shall keep it short. ERM! Remember to return the consent forms to me asap!~
